We spent three days in Bar Harbor, Maine and visited Acadia National Park.

Kate drove, I rode.

The bridges were built by J.D. Rockefeller for coach roads.

A coach house.

Probably from the late 1800s.

Gate to the coach road, which is now accessible by bike and foot.

Kate and Bailey were waiting for me at Jordon Pond.

It's a pretty big pond!

Tea and popovers at Jordon Pond have been a tradition since the late 1800s.

We drove up Cadillac Mountain for higher views.

Up high with the seagulls.

A tourist took our photo.

Back at Bessie, I built a fire.

So peaceful.

The next morning, we nabbed this site closer to the water when someone left.

It offered a much better view from the coach.

That day we went into Bar Harbor.

Beautiful photos— great resolution. I hope you enjoyed your tea and popovers!

PS: Nick really enjoyed the photos of the alpacas.
