One Year on the Road

There weren&#039;t very many campers when we first got there.

We faced a beautiful grassy field.

It was great to romp in.

The grass was a little high for Gypsy.

But she kept up.

We checked out the dock at Little Diamon Lake.

The lodge was empty but open.

Pool tables and ping pong.

Even a hot tub, which we used oned night.

But no pets allowed.

Gypsy wants to be a free cat.

She would chase prairie dogs all day.

They just taunt her.

Going for another walk.

The dog park makes a nice rest stop.

Gypsy likes being outside off leash.

We took a hiking trail around the lake.

It&#039;s quite beautiful.

Lupins in bloom.

&quot;Wait a minute. What IS that?&quot;

Not a bear...

A moose!

We decided to go back at that point.

Bailey couldn&#039;t resist swimming.

We had to disturb some resting geese.

They let us by.

Back to shore with a ball.

Gypsy just can&#039;t comprehend this ritual.

After a happy roll in goose poo and gravel.

This blondie got a bath.

She needed one anyway.

&quot;Let me out!&quot;

Just looking for bacon grease.

The place filled up by the time we left.

And we made some new friends.

Vicky and her pups. (BJ was still in bed.)
