One Year on the Road

Us at Bryce Point.

We got this site that we could fit both our rigs in.

We were in North Campground, near the rim.

Kate and I walked up to the rim.

We walked the rim trail to Sunrise Point.

We watched hikers come up from below.

Back at the site, a short time of sun.

Until it seriously started to snow.

Then we came inside to watch.

The snow stopped and melted.

The sun came out for a sunset walk.

This deer stopped and stared at Bailey for minutes before directing its herd to pass.

This baby was the last of seven or eight deer to cross the path.

So fuzzy I wanted to pet it.

While Hilary and I hiked at sunset, Kate and Anita enjoyed a tea chat.

The next morning, I got up before dawn to hike to sunrise point.

Bailey looks at all the snow.

It was still snowing, so no sunrise.

But interesting to see all the snow.

After the snow stopped and started to melt, Hilary came out to get the toaster for breakfast.

Anita filled up her ice chest with snow.

He came very near and puffed with feathers.

He really wanted food, but we resisted.

Kate found him very amusing.
